Q: When do you ship?
A: Monday through Friday. All orders ship within 24 hours of being received (Monday through Friday). Currently the United States Postal Service (that's USPS - not UPS) is used for shipping. Priority Mail (3 – 5 days) Express Mail (2 days).
Q: Do you sell and ship internationally?
A: Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times vary dramatically by country and we will confirm any differences with you by email upon receiving your order. We ship via USPS using Global Priority. Shipping rates for Canada and the United Kingdom have been established, but it may be less expensive if you order from one of our distributors in that country, see our list of distributors. Please call or email us for other international shipping costs.
